HTVG - INNOVATION FESTIVAL III

The Innovation Fesstival brings a healthy playground to increase creativity, spirit of innovation and competition between divisions in the factory. Wish all the teams maintain their enthusiasm and have more breakthrough ideas, towards the 4th Innovation Fesstival taking place in May 2024.
Innovation is a regular and continuous activity at HTVG to improve quality, optimize production as well as the operating costs in the factory and therefore partly contribute to provide the best production plans for customers. Through the HTVG Innovation Festival I and II, HTVG has recognized extremely ideas and the application of these ideas has brought clearly visible improvements in the factory. This is the premise for us to build an stronger HTVG, and each HTVG person can be pround that even a small initiative also greatly contributes to bringing a Vietnamese company classing with major brands in the world.
On December 9th 2023, HTVG welcomed the 3rd Innovation Festival in an atmosphere full of joy and excitement.
The Fesstival took place successfully with the enthusiastic response of all HTVG employees:
All of the teams confidently presented their ideas completely under careful preparation.
The results were announced immediately after the teams finished presenting their ideas. The Winner of The 3rd Innovation Festival belonged to Team Vung Buoc - combined of 3 deparrtments: SA, PUR, ME with the topic: Reduce machining operations for gear products.
